October 18, 2018 – Hinde Engineering was presented with the 2018 Outstanding Achievement in Professional Services by the City of Charlotte during National Minority Enterprise Development (MED) Week.

Since 1983, the U.S. President has proclaimed a national MED Week observance to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of minority business enterprises, and to honor those corporations and financial institutions supporting minority business development.

May 24, 2012 - The City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County presented Hinde Engineering, Inc. the inaugural 2012 Crowns of Enterprise Small Business Enterprise (SBE) of the Year award.

The Crowns of Enterprise Awards were developed to recognize and honor small businesses that have demonstrated exemplary leadership and sound business strategies.

The award was presented at the Crowns of Enterprise Awards Networking Reception by City of Charlotte Mayor Anthony Foxx at the Palmer Building in uptown Charlotte.
