Founded by Kevin S. Hinde, PE in 2004, Hinde Engineering is a civil engineering firm focused on utility projects for the public sector. Our team works with NCDOT, Charlotte Water, local governments, private utilities, and railroad companies on complex utility assignments throughout North Carolina.
From initial client contact through final plans, we combine utility design and coordination with construction experience, conflict resolution, and responsive communication.
